Leonore de Wit en Roland Felt vertellen over het trainingsprogramma voor student e-coaches. Binnen het bestaande psychologie curriculum – met een aparte stage – worden studenten opgeleid om psychologische interventies te doen bij andere studenten; bijvoorbeeld binnen het Caring Universities programma. In een interactieve workshop zullen de volgende thema’s aan bod komen: de professionaliteit en effectiviteit van studenten, het effect van anonimiteit in therapie en het effect van therapie zonder nabijheid. Ook zullen enkele trainees hun ervaringen delen over het coachen van studenten.

Voor deze workshop gebruiken we Zoom. In het kader van de veiligheid vragen we je om je aan te melden via onderstaande registratieknop, waarna je de link en het wachtwoord ontvangt. Leonore de Wit and Roland Felt talk about the training program for student e-coaches. Within the existing psychology curriculum – with a separate internship – students are trained to perform psychological interventions with other students; for example within the Caring Universities program. In an interactive workshop the following topics will be discussed: the professionalism and effectiveness of students, the effect of anonymity in therapy and the effect of therapy without proximity. Some trainees will also share their experiences about coaching students.
